RuPaul, born with the name, RuPaul Andre Charles, has launched a fragrance and cosmetic kit – Glamazon. The products were developed by Los-Angeles-based Colorevolution, known for its highly pigmented makeup colors.

“Glamazon is for women and men of all ages and preferences who share one thing in common: They are not afraid to be fierce,” said RuPaul, adding, “For me, glamour should be accessible to all, I am committed to helping the world look and smell more beautiful.”

The kit contains a waterproof eye pencil, blush, eye shadow, lip gloss, mascara and liquid eye liner. Glamazon is named after RuPaul’s ninth, and most recent, studio album, released in 2011.

It is packaged in a collectible gift box, and is launching in time for the holiday shopping season – November 21st at Ricky’s NYC. It will also be available on Colorevolution’s website.

RuPaul first became known as a drag queen in NYC, then launched the hugely popular album, Supermodel of the World, before moving onto becoming the first face of MAC Cosmetics. RuPaul has also appeared in several movies.

Now, RuPaul is host and executive producer of the reality show, RuPaul’s Drag Race, on the LOGO television network, which is entering its sixth season.
